The SCJN Choir consists of girls and boys in fifth through eighth grades. The choir practices every Wednesday during lunch. Before a performance or concert, they practice two or three times per week during lunch. They sing every month at the school liturgies. They performed at the Catholic School Convention in Philadelphia, they opened for the Middle States Association Visiting Team, and have sung numerous weddings and funerals. Many of these students sing in their parish choirs and cantor Masses. Numerous members have continued singing in their high schools and colleges. The SCJN Spring Musical returned in April 2023 with a fabulous performance of High School Musical Jr. In 2024, our students performed The Little Mermaid Jr. Stay tuned for the Spring 2025 Musical!
A parent meeting will be held in September 2024. In school band lessons are held on
Thursdays during the school day.
