My name is Kate Silvi. This is my second year and SCJN,
and I am so looking forward to Second Grade! I feel blessed to be at
SCJN and to be a part of such a caring and thoughtful community. I am
originally from Connecticut, where most of my family still resides. I
received a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Lynchburg College
in Virginia and a Master's Degree in Elementary Education from
Manhattanville College in Purchase, NY. I am blessed with two wonderful
children and an equally wonderful husband who all keep me quite busy
when I am not at school. I am looking forward to a terrific year!
