Social Justice Committee
The Social Justice Committee
of Ss. Colman-John Neumann School is composed of faculty members,
parents, and students in grades seven and eight. The Committee
sponsors programs that enable the school community to enact the
corporal and spiritual works of mercy. Through Children International,
we are helping to educate a young girl in Honduras and a young
boy in India. We also sponsor a child at Sacred Heart School in
Camden. Each grade sponsors a monthly project such as making Thanksgiving
baskets of food, buying Christmas gifts for Salvation Army angels,
holding fundraisers for homeless shelters and sponsoring Blue
Jean Day for Moss Rehab.
